C. Jennings at NJCRC thru TMC Group, Leads the clinical research operations at all times and in addition to the implementation, execution to completion of the projects. Additionally, the TMC Group LLC personnel offer the “sponsor required” study oversight from a regulatory, QA/ QC, ICH/GCP compliance while mitigating any possible conflict of interest between the PI, the sponsor and its representatives.

Jennings is an executive pharmaceutical professional with over 30 years of experience in the clinical research development and operations in all phases of clinical development (Phases 1-4) and a multitude of therapeutic areas in the field of Pharmaceutical Research (Pfizer, Schering-Plough, Janssen, Johnson and Johnson, Novartis, Shionogi), Over-The-Counter Consumer Products and Rx-to-OTC Switches (McNeil/Park Davis, Pfizer Consumer Healthcare Products, J&J Consumer Products), Devices (Cutera, Cynosure, Thermi, E-Lux, Eclipese, Mela Sciences and others), Nutraceuticals (Nutrametrix Advance Nutraceuticals, HealthyCell) and Cosmetic Products (Defenage and others)

Kimberly is a Florida native and a board-certified nurse practitioner. She has been a nurse practitioner since 2016 and has worked in the plastic surgery and aesthetic fields for over ten years. She has received certification and training in injectables, as well as a variety of other medical-grade aesthetic and body sculpting devices and lasers. Her passion lies in enhancing her patients' natural beauty with natural-looking results.

In addition to her work, Kimberly enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her husband and dog. As a healthcare provider, she is committed to providing personalized care and building long-lasting relationships with her patients. Clinical Research Coordinator Specialist

I am a TMC Group LLC, Clinical Research Coordinator Specialist working at New Jersey Clinical Research Center responsible for the implementation, execution and management to completion of assigned clinical research trials.

Expanding on new knowledge & supporting complex clinical trial projects with the objective of improving patient outcomes are reasons I am inspired to work at NJCRC. Over the years, I have worked in different aspects of healthcare from Hospitals, to food banks, to educational institutions & even Non profit Organizations. Previous clinical research experience expands in the pharmaceutical industry clinical research and operation management in Oncology, Immunology & Inflamatory diseases, Dermatology, & Aesthetic Medicine trials. I am working towards earning an advanced degree in the area of healthcare and product development, and envision a time when I will run my own practice, offering a range of healthcare options to improve patient outcomes.

Danielle has been a knowledgeable and empathetic medical assistant for over 15 years.

It is her personal goal to make you feel comfortable and safe during your visit. You may see Danielle in the room holding your hand during your injections, being your advocate during research studies, assisting in consultations + post-ops, and much more around the office! Danielle has a son and daughter who are her world and loves spending her time cooking, and exploring new places in nature with her family.

Fran Emmolo

Medical Assistant

Fran has been a Medical Assistant for over 18 years and has a love for helping others.

She started with our practice in 2022 as our Lead Medical Assistant and also serves as one of our Research Coordinators. You can find Fran’s bubbly personality assisting during your consultation, and in our procedure room. Out of office Fran has two beautiful daughters, is an avid sports fan and enjoys reading and being outdoors.

Victoria Dowling

Clinical Photographer + NJCRC Study Coordinator

Victoria is a professionally trained photographer who obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Photography and Film from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2017.

She spent 4 years working in fashion photography before joining our practice in 2021 as our Clinical Photographer and one of our NJCRC Study Coordinators. As the Clinical Photographer, you might meet Victoria for photographs before and after your procedure. If you participate in a study here, she will be working with you throughout the entire process and be your advocate. You’ll also find content created by Victoria on our website and across our social media platforms. When she’s not here, Victoria enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their four rescue dogs hiking the NJ trails or cruising the lake on their boat.
